Problem:

Coloured water from the taps.

Diagnosis:

This is almost certainly a sign of contaminated water supply, most likely caused by corroded metal pipes.  This only usually occurs in very old houses, but none the less, is still a problem that needs fixing due to harmful contaminants in the water.  You will need someone to replace the corroded pipes as soon as possible
