All goods remain the title of EPM until paid for in full.
Whilst EPM shall do everything within it power to keep to appointment time, it may sometimes be necessary to rearrange the appointment. EPM will not be liable for any loss of earnings or any other charges occurs by the customer without prior agreement.
Whilst EPM will endeavour to supply their two hour response at all times sometimes due to traffic conditions and events beyond our control this may not be possible in this situation we will inform you straight away and do everything in our power to keep the delay as short as possible.
In the case of a special order part requested by the customer which has been ordered, should the job be cancelled by the customer a 20% restocking charge will be made by EPM.
EPM does not officially quote over the telephone as whist our staff will be happy to advise you as much as possible, until we have examined the problem we cannot give an exact price.
EPM will never ask for payment up front you will only be expected to pay for the work once it has been completed.
EPM will cover any goods being delivered to your property whilst in transit against damage. Once they have been delivered to you, any damages must be reported to our office within 2 hours.
Should an item covered by manufactures warranty need attention we will contact the manufacturer whom may need to attend your property. You will need to allow the manufacturer access to allow them to investigate and rectify the fault.
All work carried out by EPM carries a full 12 months parts & labour guarantee, should a fault occur we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any damage as a result of a delay in notification.
All data regarding clients will be held on our secure servers, we will NOT share your details with any organizations other than your address for the purpose of delivery of materials. Due to this we will complete all manufactures guarantee forms with the exception of your personal details which we will leave for you to complete. If you would like us to complete your personal details please inform the engineer.
All payment must be made within 7 days of completion of work, with the exception of call outs which should be paid on completion of work, unless prior arrangement has been made. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
