The threat of carbon monoxide poisoning is very serious. Every year people die through poorly installed or badly maintained gas appliances and flues.

In the case of residential properties, landlords (or their agents) have a statutory duty to arrange annual Gas Safety Checks (CP12) by a registered CORGI / GasSafe engineer.

EPM can carry out these inspections with a minimum of fuss and disruption to you or your tenants. Liaising directly with your tenant to arrange a mutually convenient appointment if necessary.
